They struggled to find my name on the systems after 2 days I have paid.

Conveniently located just outside the central business district, therefore getting to shops is not a problem.

The hotel also offers some facilities for weddings, and so just after we arrived we were treated to a rather noisy wedding party.

The location was close to town and the hotel had good facilities. The restaurant served delicious food and had a great wine list. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice view of the surrounding area. The spa treatments were also very relaxing.

The bathrooms in the rooms were not well-maintained and were not up to our standards of cleanliness. The air conditioning in the rooms was also not working very well, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

Hotel should include an information book in the rooms, information regarding use of telephone, basic check in/out times, bar and restaurant times. Hotel would do well to have facilities to toast breads served at continental breakfast, service to have kitchen staff toast items is cumbersome.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially the cleaning staff who noticed our needs. The location was relaxing and peaceful, surrounded by scenic views. We enjoyed exceptional food at their restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking and transportation were easily accessible.

The food was fantastic. I had both dinner and breakfast, and I would equate the food to that of a top class restaurant.

The staff by the river were excellent, providing outstanding service and going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. the location by the river was also beautiful, offering stunning views. Rooms were elegantly decorated and clean, and the nine-hole mashie golf course was an unexpected gem.

Hot water in the shower was unreliable and limited, and there were issues with the reception phone not being answered.

Over the Easter weekend, I had an enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. the staff members were welcoming, and the breakfast and lunch were delicious. I particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients used in the meals. the comfortable beds and clean rooms added to the overall pleasant stay. the views from the room were also breathtaking and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

the service was top, notch and the exclusive amenities provided in the room fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre provided an amazing experience with their full body massages and beauty treatments. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers and the sun terrace which was perfect for relaxing. the dinner at the restaurant was exquisite with a wide range of options from special diet menus to packed lunches. the location was also a plus, with a beautiful garden area and picnic area providing a peaceful environment for outdoor dining.

The only minor issue we faced was with the in, room breakfast. Although it was delicious, it was served later than we had requested causing us a slight delay in our schedule.
